Very bad online experience
Very bad online experience!
Same as some other customer I experienced a very bad online experience!
Last week (first week of July), I tried to process to check out multiple times and for almost 1h I only received error messages. Until the payment go through. First for the payment method...and then issue was added up with the delivery address. System messed up with the store address and my delivery address.
I received today, after a week that my package would be delivered...to the store. But it was obviously unsuccessful as receiver was not correct. I contacted customer service who informed that they would ask for return to the post service and then refund me for the items I bought. That's bad coz there were candles, on sale, they are not anymore available on the website (summer sale are over)! I was already super happy to have them.
Plus I have been advice by the agent on the phone I should have been careful when choosing the click and collect or delivery. The system itself didn't work well at all.
It's my first time buying at Rituals online. I received a gift card from work that I only can use for online shopping. I would have prefer to go at the store. I was happy I could finally discover their products. It was a good opportunity. Sadly, plan are changing and I hope the next order will be successful...

Horrible online experience
Horrible online experience! I tried to put my order through multiple times and it kept showing up with errors. I was meant to recieve a free gift, which wasnt added to my final order when it finally got processed and after a week of waiting for the order (which still hasn't arrived), they removed an item I really wanted. This was a birthday gift for a friend. Absolutely rubbish service! Never again will i be ordering from them online!

Awful service so far
Currently I am still waiting for something I ordered online. I placed the order got no confirmation e mail but the money has been taken from my credit card. I tried calling customer services but she was very unhelpful and dismissed me because I have no order ref. This was 21 June and I am still trying to sort at 10 July. Waiting for a conclusion to my e mail chase but they apparently very busy and haven’t got time yet to help. I feel my love affair with Rituals is over

I love the products, but...
This is a review of Rituals.com, not Rituals brick and mortar stores.
In the last 6 months I have had three orders not arrive because they were damaged in transit.
Rituals (in the UK at least) use Arvato to fulfil their online orders, and use Yodel to deliver. It is odd to me that a premium brand uses these bottom-of-the-barrel services, but I guess profit comes before everything else.
When an order finally did arrive, it was clear why the others had been damaged - the items were packed loose in an oversized box with poorly secured lids.
If you're going to use the UKs worst courier™, you should make an effort to make your packages kick-proof.
I have a hunch that Arvato also does the customer service for online orders, as the after sales service is absurd. I really feel for the agents, who appear to be forced to wilfully ignore anything inconvenient and respond with paragraph upon paragraph of Rituals brand-speak.
My most recent order is lost in transit, so I'm about to embark on what will no doubt be a weeks-long ordeal with their after sales service. Wish me luck.
Anyhow, I will continue to order because I really do like their products :)

I love Rituals and always bought a lot when in Barcelona where the customer service was always superbly friendly. I was therefore delighted when a store opened in Glasgow. This delight was short lived.One of the staff was shockingly nippy and smarmy. I would suggest that if you're going to moan and whinge about customers at the till make sure they can't hear you.

Today i ricieved the best experience i costumer service i your amazing shop on Frederiksberg Center Denmark ? i stoped in spontan and a sweet and serviceminded clerk named JoJo helped me. First i just looked and she apoached me with kidness and professional. I had the need for some cream, and she gave me the most awsome products i have tried. Plus i Went on shopping due the the Way she treated me? Dear Rituals Please continue this amazing thing with your employees im self a business man and i must say i need to go far back to remember this kind of great service and Explanation of the produts ☺️

Parcel has been opened and fixed back
I am very disappointed.
The parcel didn't arrive in time.
The box has been open and then fixed. Someone stolen almost all my products.
Yodel is the worst delivery company.

I bought a gift for my mother in law today in the wexford store. I was served by Debbie. She was extremely helpful, patient and made my retail experience an utter pleasure, such a friendly lady and very professional.

Lovely staff and great products
I had never heard of the brand before visiting the London Bridge store. The staff in there are very knowledgeable and caring and I was very impressed with the range, especially as it is all cruelty free.
I loved the products I bought (face wash, shower gel, hand cream, sun lotion) and thought they were well priced.
I'd just say that the shower products would be better with a flip top lid like the hand cream as the separate lids are a faff in the shower. Otherwise I'm converted!

Impossible to place online order, kept asking me to use different payment card each time I used different card . Eventually customer service said they had just realised a problem with payment process. But said the app can process order / Downloaded app , still wouldn’t process order.
Tried again today , sane problem, customer service do not answer phone today .
There data base will not allow you to put in flat no & building name as well as street number & name , so not happy to order home delivery. Have lost consumer confidence , pity as I liked this company.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service, ordered an item as a birthday gift. 7 working days later it still hasn’t reached there despite trying to contact customer service multiple times. Finally got through and they said it was ‘technical error’ so the order was not processed when I made it. Ridiculous. How can you order from a business, they take the money and they do not even update you! Expected better.

Myself and my sister visited the Rituals store located on Grafton street. We were greeted by William, who was ever so accommodating and helpful to us. It was our first time in a rituals store and we left very happy.
Zainab. Super service solihull store
The solihull branch have a very inviting ambiance to the store.
When I came in I was greeted by zainab. Who I must say looks the part of the store she was immaculately dressed and presented her self as the store is which is something I took notice of instantly.
My intention was just to look at the products, zainab has such great knowledge of the range she sold me skin care and our limited edition body wash.
Zainab was so friendly and inviting with no pressure to buy but with her selling skills I left more than I had intended.
Still waiting for the store to stock the hand mask so I can. Go back and purchase.
